"There are more things in heaven and earth, Horatio, Than are dreamt of in your philosophy." --Hamlet (I, v, 166-167)

See to it that no one takes you captive through hollow and deceptive philosophy, which depends on human tradition and the basic principles of this world rather than on Christ. --Colossians 2:8

  • I don't remember picking that line out of Hamlet before... thank you for pointing it out.  It's a great one!  That's one of the things that stays on my mind lately: how limited the perspective of one person, yet it is uniquely their own.

  • That picture is so beautiful.

  • Thank you for the wake up call! To the extent I've been busy at all, I've been busy with creating new pages and updating the FSPA site, as well as a few things on my own pages. Beyond that, I've spent a lot of time with an online bookswap site I discovered in my browsings. I'm always looking for ways to find historical mystery books I can't find in Tallahassee's used book stores. I like the photo, and am glad to see the Hamlet quote; one of my favorites, and one of the few I still remember from that play; along with "Speak the speech, I pray you, triplingly on the tongue..." and "I knew him, Horatio, a fellow of infinite jest...." Anyway, I am about to put something new up on my blog, so you are cordially invited.

  • Yes , if only everyone knew what is written in the Bible !

    Love         Michel
