Christmas Poem 2008
Pray for the Peace…
This world lacks peace
while men war within;
strife without cease
resulting from sin.Satan’s defeated,
the battle’s been won;
pray for the hour
the bridegroom will come.At the sound of His voice
all warring will cease.
Come quickly, Lord Jesus!
Grant us your peace.2008 Cheri Neuman Herald

I felt you'd be here for Christmas.
Your Poem was Heard In Heaven.
With me, it's Christmas everyday.
On September, 18, 2007 I received this Prayer.
''A NEW DAY
God in Heaven.
Help us to pray
for a new day.
A day of Peace
A day without war
A day filled with sunshine''
''AMEN''
I'm Praying for all War to cease, just as you wrote.
''The Kingdom Is Here.
AMEN''
Very nice Cheri. This reminded me of a friend I had about 18 years ago. She used to pray for Christ to return and I'd joke and tell her to stop it because I didn't feel like I was ready. I'm not sure I'm ready yet....but now I think I can join in that prayer.
Thank you for these beautiful words of blessing. Sincerely.
very well inspired poem / prayer . May this happen.
Love
Michel
Very sincere and beautiful!
Really beautiful. My poems are few and far between anymore. I hope they stop back for a spell sometime, in the future. I miss being able to write.
Have a wonderful Christmas and keep the faith.
Your Christmas Tree is beautiful. Have a Blessed Holiday.
Hi Cheri, I hope your Christmas season is going well and totally enjoyable. A paste of what I have been pasting in on various sites:
I wanted to thank you for your comment on my Christmas entry, I do a lot of things that get me into trouble. This time a simple comma, missing in my entry, caused me to lose the comments in my post. I had planned on sending each of you a reply in thanks but am relying on my memory for the names of those who visited and commented. So, thank you so much, I appreciate you always and look forward to your visits to my entries at any time of your choice.
Have a very Happy New Year. I hope the world will, in spite of my "periodic pessimisic views", move forward to a better place in it's postitioning for all of us.
Becca
Happy New Year for you
Love
Michel
